CS at Berkeley is basically Hunger Games at this point
CompSci at Berkeley is basically the Hunger Games now . My friend had a 4.0 GPA and research experience — still got waitlisted. It’s insane. I’m applying for data science instead and praying to the admissions gods at this point. From what I’ve heard, even super strong applicants are treating Berkeley as a reach now.
