How Do You Actually Cancel Disney Plus Subscription?
Tried it through the app. Tried it through the website. Still got billed next month.
Am I missing some secret exit button or something?
Anyone here figured out how to cancel Disney Plus subscription without going full detective mode? Drop the actual steps if you’ve done it.
Here’s how I finally canceled Disney Plus without losing my mind:
Don’t use the app. Seriously, it’s useless for cancellations.
Go to disneyplus.com/account in a browser.
Scroll down to the Subscription section.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
After that it stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
Go to Disney+ Website (not the app!)
Log in → Profile → Account
Under Subscription, hit Billing Details
Click Cancel Subscription → Confirm
Go to Disney+ website, log in, click your profile → Account → Subscription → Cancel. But yeah, they hide it like it’s part of a side quest 
You can’t cancel through the app — it just reroutes you.
Go to disneyplus.com → Profile → Account → Subscription → Cancel.
If you signed up through Apple / Google Play, you have to cancel it through your App Store or Google Play subscriptions instead.
If you signed up through a phone app or bundle, the steps to cancel Disney Plus subscription aren’t always inside the Disney app itself.
You often have to cancel through Apple billing, Google Play, or Amazon/Prime settings, depending on how you subscribed. That’s why a lot of people think the cancel button “doesn’t exist.”
