yeah, Netflix knows exactly how to pull you back in. Anyway — here’s where to cancel:

Log into your Netflix account (on web, not the app — it’s easier there).
Top-right corner — click your profile icon.
Go to Account.
Under Membership & Billing, click Cancel Membership.
Confirm it and you’re done.

Fair warning though: your account usually stays active until the end of the billing cycle… which is exactly enough time to start another show and rethink that cancel button
