Well, I know how this will turn out. All my group projects in my major (Biology) looked like this: all the participants except me and one other idiot simply forgot about the project and only reappear 24 hours before the deadline with “Hey guys, what are we doing?”

Every. Single. Time.

We try to divide tasks. Silence. We set deadlines. Silence. Then suddenly the night before submission, everyone’s “so sorry, super busy this week.”

At this point I’m convinced group projects are just social experiments on stress tolerance.

Omg yes, the classic bio group project curse  You end up doing 90% of the work while the “group” just exists in the Zoom call. At least you’re not alone though — having that one other person makes it slightly less miserable. Two responsible people can carry a team. Barely

Bro I feel you, had the same thing happen in my psych class. Ended up basically me and one other guy doing 90% of the work while the rest just showed up at the end to slap their names on the slides. After that, I started documenting everything messages, task assignments

Oh yes… I know that feeling. Stay strong!
