My hack: make fun part of your to-do list. Literally write in stuff like “Watch one dumb YouTube vid guilt-free” or “Call a friend.” Helps me not feel like I’m falling behind on life
My go-to: 25 min study sprints + 5 min jump rope breaks. Sounds weird but gets your brain + blood moving. Also, saying “no” without guilt is a form of self-care too ![]()
my only “hack” that actually works is treating energy like a budget.
If I’m running low, I don’t force it - I swap to lighter tasks so I don’t fry myself completely.
